По СНИП минимальное расстояние до линии метро - 40 метров. На этом расстоянии вибрации обычно не ощущаются.

Хотя в крылатском получилось, что ввиду каких-то местных геологических условий вибрации ощущаются на большем расстоянии, но тут уж не угадаешь.
