А теперь последние новости - цитата с форума Project Tupolev: Готовится к изданию книга В.В.Ершова "Раздумья ездового пса". Издает лично автор и он попросил меня узнать будут ли ее покупать. Думаю, что книга будет стоить не больше 150 рублей+почтовые расходы. При заказе, книга будет подписана автором. А пока просьба оставлять предварительные заявки в этом топике. Там, правда, пишут что она уже 200 стоит, т.к. ее с шитым переплетом издавать будут... Но впрочем за такую книжку 200р никак не жалко. чвитал не отрываясь от монитора.
Если не сложно - отпишись и за меня. Не хочется регистрироваться на форуме ради одного выкрика...

Of all the places to lose my phone, I lost mine it a v. v. v. fitting place for me. Changed out of pe shirt (which is very transparentish), set it on the toiletbowl lid, then walked out of the cubicle obliviously, and then realised in the canteen and rushed back only someone was hogging it and when she came out she said there wasn't a phone so I finagled phones off people and called and called my own phone and nobody answered. Went to GO to report, and then when I called again it was switched off. Or someone had removed my SIM card. or something!

HOW PISS OFFING. WHICH FUCKING BLOODY FUCKING ASSHAT BLOODY FUCKER ASSHAT FUCKER ASSHAT FUCKING FUCKWEED ASSSHAT FUCKER WOULD BE SO. er. CRUEL!!!!!!!!! So so so annoying. So so so annoying. SO SO SO SO ANNOYING. BASTARDY! SUPREME BASTARDY! Was so pissed off yesterday, stole Aminah's badminton racket off her and hit out at things and sang yesterdaaaaaay all my troubles seemed so farrr away into it and then ranted and ranted and swore and ranted and swore and hit at stuff and swore all the way to Junction 8. So so so so so annoying. GRRR.

Then went to watch Memoirs of a Geisha and before that, in a horrible event of great bad luck in my great chain of bad luck, managed to tip my cup over and spill lemon tea all over LJ floor. And Memoirs of A Geisha was a total waste of time and money. It was like King Kong, only not as exciting and full of big squishy bugs and worms. As long as King Kong, but horrid because it was so so draggy and everything was dancing and falling leaves and almost naked bodies rutting and pervy old men and stupid stupid stupid redundant narration ("WE ARE THE WIVES OF THE NIGHT. WE ARE GEISHA. WE DANCE. BLA BLA BLA.") which I have no appreciation of. It was so annoying. At first the pace was fine. Then it started getting draggier and lingering and lingering on scenery (the camera pans slowly up the river, the camera lingers on falling leaves for a total of one and a half minutes) and I was going "IT"S ALREADY EIGHT YOU BASTARD HURRY UP." I clearly have no soul, and no ability to appreciate these sort of things. Brother goes "bla bla bla subtleties and intricacies. appreciate them!" but I don't think I will.

The point is. It's probably not worth your money. Or it might be if you like movies that sort of mosy along. When the line about a man's eel and a woman's cave and how men like women's caves being untouched came up, it was the most disgusting thing I had ever heard and reminded me why I hated the book so much. Halfway through the show I was trying to remember whether Memoirs ever had a point, and then somewhere in the end it turned out that it did: "EVERYTHING I HAVE DONE WAS TO GET MYSELF CLOSER TO YOU" which is probably a fantastic! point for all the soppy romantics but I thought it was ridiculous and was not worth wasting close to three hours of my life on.

It was full of gorgeous Asian women, and little Chiyo is the prettiest little girl ever. There was this little posse of what looked like twelve or ten or eleven year old boys who watched Memoirs too and I found that um. eh. strange? And scary. A phone rang during the show and the man answered and went "HA? HELLO! HA? HA?" and everyone else went "shh." and my mind went "Finally something exciting is happening!" and yes I found the show that boring.

Some people are raving about the movie. It's gorgeous it's subtle it's a work of art everything is exquisite it's so reserved and composed and so delicate bla bla bla. I just found it boring and unbearable and wanted to escape by slithering through legs or gnaw my eyes out everytime the camera lingered too long on a face or a turn of hand or a fucking falling leaf.
